As part of One World Photography's international expansion, we are currently offering a unique opportunity to three qualified and experienced Regional Marketing Directors. Each Regional Marketing Director will be in charge of the daily company marketing functions throughout the positioned Region. |

| Job Description |
|
 |
The Regional Marketing Director develops specific marketing plans and activities for specific products and/or product lines within their region to establish, enhance or distinguish product placement within the competitive arena. |
|
Develops business plans and product positioning in the marketplace. Oversees market research, monitors competitive activity and identifies customer needs. Establishes pricing strategies. Works with all departments to develop new products or enhance existing product lines. |
|
Responsible for the sales of products and services.
|
|
Develops sales plans, and marketing strategy for the product lines within the region.
|
|
Oversees market research and reviews competitive activity. |
|
Develops optimum distribution policies for the product using product research. |
|
Evaluates sales performance and reviews corporate long-rage plans and goals. |
|
Participates in pricing of products and assists in customer contract negotiations. |
|
Monitors the administration of marketing services including proposals, quotations, pricing, scheduling, and shipping of the product. |
|
Coordinates sales and related activities such as advertising and public relations to achieve marketing objectives. |
|
Gathers new product ideas and evaluates their potential and practicality. |
|
Coordinates initial stages of new product development within the region. |
|
Serves as technical advisor on all marketing matters within the region. |
|
Requirements |
|
Should have an Advanced Degree. Requires a minimum of 5+ years of related experience, as well as product marketing experience in media, photography, film or other related field. |
|
Must be fluent in English (read, write, speak) with preference going to those that are fluent in multi languages |
|
Must be a good public speaker and writer with abilities to oversea public relations duties and client relations |
|
Should have (but not necessary) a solid background in media, news, ngo services, photography and/or film productions |
|
Should have (but not necessary) good contacts within the industry |
