The Position
Office Manager and Personal Assistant to Director (Two Vacancies)
Location
Thailand (Bangkok and/or Chiang Mai) and USA (NYC)
Job Description
Assist Director in day to day duties including but not limited to: scheduling, staff management, phones, typing, dictations, client management, sales assisting, plus many other day to day duties. Primarily this is a Office Manager position but may need to assist director out of office on various assignments as well.

Requirements

Must be a Thai Citizen (for Thai Base) or US Citizen (for USA Base)
Must be a very good typist with extra ordinary other skills
Must be fluent with PC programs including Windows, Word, Email and website browsing
Strong customer service skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships via telephone or in person
Flexible, the ability to quickly adapt to a new situation & to prioritize workload
Demonstrated ability to make decisions, take responsibility and manage an office team
Should have an understanding or background in photography, photojournalism, film productions, newsroom or other such industry
Should a person with unlimited skills, abilities and passions with the ability to take on multiple tasks at the same time without showing weekness

Should have extra ordinary motivation, inspiration, support, skills, patience and talent while remaining a team player and affable individual

Other Important Details
Please note that this is not exclusive to office, desk or basic assistant work. Director is involved in all aspects of company including but not limited to:
* Film Producing, Directing and Filming
* Studio and field photography assignment duties
* Sales and client services
* Book publishing and writing
Must speak, read, write and type English fluently
Assistant will be the 'Right Hand' to the director and help in all aspects of the company and Directors day to day duties.
Extensive travel may be required
