Since its startup in 1994, OWP has never used or accepted outside financing or partner investors and the company has grown and become very successful solely through the original founders investments and solid sales growth. |
Completely independent, we are not bound by investors, stock holders, sponsors, or financier demands, viewpoints or objectivity. We do not use or allow advertising and therefore again free of pressure of prejudice, favoritism, or biased views that most news networks, newswires and press agencies are guilty of. |
We are incorporated worldwide. Half our profits go to various aid programs to help the less fortunate through out the worlds developing nations and our staff shares profit in the company through a unique profit share program which is essentially owned by its established staff and photographers. |
Within our current expansion plans we include unique and ingenious new ideas, such as the OWPtv channel, that will enable us to rise beyond the typical industry walls and prove that with a little initiative and selective planning we can set new grounds. |
